Leads the International Projects Unit at ECHAlliance. She has over 12 years’ experience in international project management and proposal writing under several funding programmes (e.g. FP7, H2020, INTERREG, URBACT, among others). She has been working as Research Project Manager at different healthcare, research and industry organizations (e.g. Technical University of Milan, IESE Business School, Badalona Serveis Assistencials, Ab.Acus srl and Open Evidence), as well as providing grant preparation and management services as independent consultant to public administrations like Barcelona City Council and the Catalan Agency for Health Information, Assessment and Quality (AQuAS). Valentina graduated in Political Economics and obtained a Master in European Project Management.

Karolina
Mackiewicz

Has over 10 years of professional experience in international projects in the area of health and wellbeing.
She worked for the WHO European Healthy Cities network, leading the WHO Collaborating Centre for Healthy Cities and Urban Health in the Baltic Sea Region. She is especially interested in the digital health, socio-economic determinants of health and health literacy. Currently she combines the work of the Events Lead at MyData Global and the Senior Project Manager at ECHA. Her professional mission is to bring bridges between the different sectors for more just and sustainable future.

Federica
Porcu

Is International Projects Manager at ECHAlliance. She has a strong background in European projects focused on innovation policies and stakeholder engagement.
Federica has experience in working with DG CONNECT, DG RTD, DG JUSTICE, JRC, EACEA and EIGE on various studies and projects, which have given her an in-depth understanding of European institutions and processes. Federica graduated in Political Science and International Relations and she obtained a Masters in Innovation Management.
